Vintus is a wine importer that required an interesting combination of program types. A traditional office space consisting of open plan workstations, private offices and conference rooms form back of house facilities that wrap around a central multipurpose room. This communal core of the project is designed to host internal presentations, client tastings and other in-person and remote events. The main space includes a dedicated bar, windows to smaller private tasting rooms and direct access to the Vintus wine cellar. An operable partition can be deployed to create a private dining and tasting experience, acoustically separated from the bustle of rest of the office.
