The KIPP Foundation trains and develops educators to lead the KIPP public schools throughout the country. This consolidation project locates multiple business units into a new space overlooking Times Square. LSTN helped KIPP to create a new office environment that reflects their vision by providing spaces that are inclusive, increase collaboration and fosters a learning environment.
LSTN worked with Method Design to detail the construction of meeting room boxes that fit between the full-floor trusses of the Broadway Theater below. The KIPP staff spend a large amount of their workday in video conferences, so a series of small, medium and large conference rooms are interspersed throughout the open plan workstations and common areas to provide more privacy.
